I recently had the good fortune to work with both Claudio Tonella and Sharon Kong, both with the Sutton Realty group. I was working to sell my late brother-in-law’s half duplex in Burnaby on behalf of his estate, and my wife, who was/is the executor.

Each brought something different to the table, and their strengths complemented one another. They worked diligently to get the job done. And in a weak market for Burnaby half duplexes managed to bring an above asking offer within hours of signing the listing agreement. Unfortunately it did not close due to the buyer overstating her financial capability.

In a market where other like properties were not selling, they managed to bring a qualified buyer, eventually resulting in a sale and closing at a price well above the assessed value. Other listings were not selling despite being priced below the subject property, and at a discount to their assessed values.

I have no hesitation in recommending each of them separately, and also them working as a team.

Deserving of separate mention is the integrity that each of them displayed. They did honoured their commitments. I had their high level of integrity in previous real estate transactions.
